Puneet Nanda is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. He has been with the company since inception and has overall responsibility for managing the entire investment portfolio of the company. His responsibilities include asset allocation for various funds, developing appropriate investment strategy to outperform benchmarks and creating suitable portfolios to achieve superior long term risk adjusted return. He also plays a significant role in developing and monitoring the Asset Liability Management framework for the company. He manages an experienced and well qualified team of investment managers and analysts.
In addition to his Investment responsibilities, Puneet also manages the Business Intelligence, Strategy and Policy Affairs functions for the company.
Prior to joining ICICI Prudential, Puneet has worked with a leading investment bank and an international financial services major in the areas of treasury, trading and fund management.
Puneet is an engineer by qualification and has also completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 1994.
