Simplified Claims Settlement Process:
 

With the objective of expediting the claim settlement process, the Company requires the following documents:
1 Written intimation from the claimant along with the Original policy document
2
In case of death - Copy of death certificate / proof issued by Municipal Corporation or Hospital
In case of disability - Hospital records specifying the nature of disability
3
Copy of claimant’s identify proof (PAN card, passport, election card, driving license etc)
4 Copy of claimant’s current address proof (Electricity bill, telephone bill, ration card, passport, election card etc.)
