The Body Mass Index is a good way of
assessing whether your weight is in the healthy or
unhealthy range. BMI is calculated using your body
weight and height. The healthy range for BMI is between
19 and 24. If your BMI is less than 19, you are
underweight. On the other hand, if it is more than 24,
you are overweight. In both cases you need to improve on
your weight by following a weight-gain or weight-loss
regime respectively.
