Predict Your Child’s Height
There are many ways of predicting the maximum height your child will attain as he grows to be an adult. Some methods have a greater level of accuracy than others. Here is a simple formula that has over 90% accuracy:
For Boys: (Father’s Height + Mother’s Height + 5) / 2
For Girls: (Father’s Height + Mother’s Height - 5) / 2
The formulae work best when the child does not suffer from malnutrition or handicaps.
