What are the benefits payable on survival till the vesting date?
On survival of the Life Assured till the vesting date, the Fund Value including Top-up Fund Value along with Pension Booster. They can utilise the entire proceeds or commute up to 60% and utilise the balance amount to purchase an Immediate Annuity or Deferred Annuity from ICICI Prudential Life at the then prevailing annuity rate.

Age
“Age” means the age of the Life Assured in completed years as on date of commencement of risk of policy
Annualized Premium
“Annualized Premium” means the premium amount payable in a year excluding taxes, rider premiums and underwriting extra premium on riders, if any.
Net Asset Value (NAV)
“Net asset value (NAV)” means the price per unit of the segregated fund.
Discontinuance
“Discontinuance” means the state of a policy that could arise on account of surrender of the policy or non-payment of the premium due before the expiry of the grace period.
Discontinued policy fund
“Discontinued policy fund” means the segregated fund of the insurer constituted by the fund value, as applicable, of all the linked insurance policies discontinued during lock-in period.
Fully Paid policy
A “Fully Paid policy” is a policy for which all premiums have been paid, as per the premium payment term selected, and no further premiums are due.
Grace period for other than single premium policies
“Grace period for other than single premium policies” means the time granted by the insurer from the due date of payment of premium, without any penalty or late fee, during which time the policy is considered to be in-force with the risk cover without any interruption, as per the terms & conditions of the policy.
Lock-in period
“Lock-in Period” means the period of five consecutive completed years from the date of commencement of the policy, during which period the proceeds of the policies cannot be paid by the insurer to the policyholder or to the insured, as the case may be, except in the case of death or upon the happening of any other contingency covered under the policy.
Switches
“Switches” means a facility allowing the policyholder to move from one segregated fund, either wholly or in part, to other segregated fund(s) amongst the segregated funds offered as per the terms and conditions of the policy.
Limited Pay
“Limited Pay” means a policy other than single pay policy, where the premium payment period is limited compared to the policy term, and premiums are payable at regular intervals like yearly, half yearly, monthly or any other interval as permissible under the product terms and conditions.
Month Anniversary
“Month Anniversary” refers to the monthly anniversary of the date of commencement of risk of policy.
Partial withdrawals
“Partial withdrawals” means any amount withdrawn partially out of unit fund by the policyholder during the term of the policy.
Premium re-direction
“Premium re-direction” means an option which allows the policyholder to modify the allocation of amount of renewal premium to various segregated funds under a linked insurance policy.
Revival period
“Revival period” means the period of three consecutive complete years from the date of first unpaid premium.
Segregated fund
“Segregated fund” means funds earmarked under linked insurance business.
Policy Anniversary
“Policy Anniversary” refers to the annual anniversary of the date of commencement of risk of policy.
Policy Month
“Policy Month” refers to the period of 1 month commencing from the date of commencement of risk of policy and every month anniversary thereafter.
Policy Year
“Policy Year” means a period of 12 months commencing from the date of commencement risk of policy and every policy anniversary thereafter.
Single Pay
“Single Pay” means Premium needs to be paid only once at the inception of the Policy.
Single Premium
“Single Premium” means the single premium amount paid as lumpsum at the inception of the policy excluding taxes, rider premiums and underwriting extra premium on riders, if any.
Top-up premium
“Top-up premium” is an amount that is paid voluntarily by the policyholder besides contractual premium and is treated as single premium for all purposes.
Total Premiums Paid
“Total Premiums Paid” means total of all the premiums received under the base product including top-ups premium paid, if any.
Unit
“Unit” means a specific portion or part of the underlying segregated linked fund which represents policyholder’s entitlement in such funds.
Unit fund value
“Unit fund value” means the summation of number of units in each segregated fund multiplied by the net asset value (NAV) for respective segregated fund under that policy.
