The Company

ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company is a fund manager for managing the funds collected under the New Pension Scheme (NPS) for Indian citizens other than government employees. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited (Sponsor). It is the only pension fund manager under NPS for Indian citizens other than government employees that is promoted by a life insurance company with experience in managing long term investments of life and pension funds. The company began its operations in May 2009 after it was appointed by Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) as a pension fund manager.
