Protect your Policy

Safeguard your policy information from unauthorised people who claim to be associated with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDA) or other government agencies e.g. Income Tax Department of India. They may communicate with you via phone calls, SMSes and e-mails.

How to identify such communication?


	They make false promises
	The caller/ SMS/ e-mail promises you attractive financial gains in the form of a bonus/ payout from your existing policy.


	They seek your policy information
	You are asked to reveal personal and policy related information.

Exercise caution in case you receive such communication

1.	Do not respond to messages/ calls from anyone offering opportunities to cash in on unpaid benefits from your existing policy
2.	Do not surrender your existing policy based on these false promises
3.	Do not share details of your existing policy e.g. Fund Value
4.	Do not give away confidential information like passwords, date of birth, credit card number, etc.
