Families of our policyholders affected by this incident can apply for a claim through our simplified claim settlement process mentioned below:

Just 3 documents are required for filing a claim

  • Copy of Death Certificate/Proof of Death issued by Municipal Corporation or hospital or list issued by Police or Armed forces
  • Written request by the person filing the claim with policy number along with his/her copy of canceled cheque of the bank account to receive the claim amount
  • Photo Identity Proof, i.e PAN Card, Aadhaar, Driving License of the person filing the claim

You can submit these documents through any of the options:
