Update your details FAQs

You can modify the communication address in your policy through any of these options:

  1. Once you login, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
  2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'Communication Address' field to enter your communication address.
  3. Update your communication address and upload a signed copy of your address proof (i.e. passport, electricity bill, Aadhaar card).
  4. Save the communication address.
  • Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Change in the Address section of this form and submit it with a signed copy of your address proof (i.e. Passport, Aadhaar card) by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • You can "Click here" to Write to us.
  • Courier: Fill in your details in the Change in the Address section of this form and send it along with a signed copy of your address proof (i.e. Passport, Aadhaar card) to:

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 4 working days and send you confirmation.

You can update/modify the mobile number in your policy through any of these options:

  • Call Us: You can call us on (Help us to serve you better by calling us from your registered mobile number) from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and we will update your Mobile Number on-call after verifying your policy details. NRI customers can call us on .
  • Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and submit it by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • You can "Click here" to Write to us.
  • Courier: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and send it to:

  1. Once you log in, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
  2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'PAN Number' field to enter your pan number.
  3. Update and save your PAN number.
  • Call Us: You can call us on (Help us to serve you better by calling us from your registered mobile number) from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and we will update your PAN number on-call after verifying your policy details. NRI customers can call us on .
  • Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Request for Updating PAN section on page 2 of this form and submit it with a signed copy of your PAN Card by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • You can "Click here" to Write to us.
  • Courier: Fill in your details in the Request for Updating PAN section on page 2 of this form and send it along with a signed copy of your PAN Card to:

  2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'Marital status' field to enter your marital details.
  3. Save the marital status.
  • Call Us: You can call us on (Help us to serve you better by calling us from your registered mobile number) from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and we will update your marital status on-call after verifying your policy details. NRI customers can call us on .
  • Our Branches: Submit your request by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • You can "Click here" to Write to us.
  • Courier: Send us a written request mentioning your policy number to :

Do mention your policy number in the letter
