Update your details FAQs
You can modify the communication address in your policy through any of these options:
- Online Account: Login to your online account and follow these steps:
- Once you login, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
- Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'Communication Address' field to enter your communication address.
- Update your communication address and upload a signed copy of your address proof (i.e. passport, electricity bill, Aadhaar card).
- Save the communication address.
- Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Change in the Address section of this form and submit it with a signed copy of your address proof (i.e. Passport, Aadhaar card) by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
- You can "Click here" to Write to us.
- Courier: Fill in your details in the Change in the Address section of this form and send it along with a signed copy of your address proof (i.e. Passport, Aadhaar card) to:

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 4 working days and send you confirmation.
You can update/modify the mobile number in your policy through any of these options:
- Call Us: You can call us on (Help us to serve you better by calling us from your registered mobile number) from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and we will update your Mobile Number on-call after verifying your policy details. NRI customers can call us on .
- Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and submit it by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
- You can "Click here" to Write to us.
- Courier: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and send it to:

- Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'PAN Number' field to enter your pan number.
- Update and save your PAN number.
- Call Us: You can call us on (Help us to serve you better by calling us from your registered mobile number) from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and we will update your PAN number on-call after verifying your policy details. NRI customers can call us on .
- Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Request for Updating PAN section on page 2 of this form and submit it with a signed copy of your PAN Card by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.

- Courier: Fill in your details in the Request for Updating PAN section on page 2 of this form and send it along with a signed copy of your PAN Card to:
