We have a 3-step claim process:

Step 1: Claim Intimation

You inform us about the claim and submit the required set of documents.

Step 2: Claim Processing

Our claim assessors will review the documents, assess your claim and guide you through the process.

Step 3: Claim Decision

Our claims team will communicate the decision to you and make your payment through electronic transfer.

Please note that no matter which of the above modes you use to file your claim, it will be formally registered only after receiving a receipt of written intimation at our branch/Claims Cell.

Once we receive a written intimation and all the required documents, we assess, settle and communicate the decision within 12 calendar days. To expedite transfer of the claims proceeds to you, we aim to process most of our payouts through electronic modes.
