Read common queries about servicing your policy
As per Government of India and IRDAI, submission of Aadhaar number and Permanent Account Number/Form 60 are mandatory. To update us with your details, please:
- Log in with your policy number and date of birth
- Enter the confirmation code which gets sent on your registered mobile number/email id
For PAN update:
- Enter your PAN number and upload the scanned copy
- If PAN is not available, you can upload Form 60
- Click on "Save"
For Aadhaar update:
- In the Aadhaar tab, click on "edit" and enter your Aadhaar number and click on “Verify”.
- OTP will be sent to your mobile no. linked with Aadhaar.
- Enter the OTP and on verification, click on "Save"
- In case, OTP is not received on the mobile number due to authentication failure, you can click on "Skip" and "Save" to update your Aadhaar number in our records.
