Update your details FAQs

You can modify the communication address in your policy through any of these options:

  1. 1. Once you login, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
  2. 2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'Communication address' field.
  3. 3. Update your communication address and upload a signed copy of your Address Proof(i.e. Passport, Electricity bill, Aadhaar Card).
  • Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Change in Address section of this form and submit it with a signed copy of your Address Proof(i.e. Passport, Aadhaar Card) by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • Email us: Fill in your details in the Change in Address section of this form. Send this form along with a scanned signed copy of your Address Proof(i.e. Passport, Aadhaar Card) to lifeline@iciciprulife.com from your registered email id. Do mention your policy number in the subject line.
  • Courier: Fill in your details in the Change in Address section of this form and send it along with signed copy of your Address Proof(i.e. Passport, Aadhaar Card) to:

    ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd.,
    Unit No. 1A & 2A, Raheja Tipco Plaza, Rani Sati Marg,
    Malad (East), Mumbai- 400 097.

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 4 working days and send you a confirmation.

You can update/modify the mobile number in your policy through any of these options:

  1. 1. Once you login, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
  2. 2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'Mobile number' field to enter your mobile number.
  3. 3. Review and save the mobile number.
  • Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form  and submit it by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • Email us: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and email a scanned copy of this form to lifeline@iciciprulife.com from your registered email id. Do mention your policy number in the subject line.
  • Courier: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and send it to:

  • Email us: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and email a scanned copy of this form to lifeline@iciciprulife.com from your registered email id. Do mention your policy number in the subject line.
  • Courier: Fill in your details in the Contact Nos. section of this form and send it to:

You can update your PAN number through any of these options:

  1. 1. Once you login, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
  2. 2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'PAN Number' field.
  3. 3. Update your PAN number.
  • Call us: You can call us on 1860 266 7766 from Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM and we will update your PAN number on call after verifying your policy details. NRI customers can call us on +912261930777.
  • Our Branches: Fill in your details in the Request for updating PAN section on page 2 of this form and submit it with a signed copy of your PAN Card by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • Email us: Fill in your details in the Request for updating PAN section on page 2 of this form. Send this form along with a scanned signed copy of your PAN Card to lifeline@iciciprulife.com from your registered email id. Do mention your policy number in the subject line.
  • Courier: Fill in your details in the Request for updating PAN section on page 2 of this form and send it along with signed copy of your PAN Card to:

You can update your Aadhaar number through any of these options:

  1. 1. Once you login, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
  2. 2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'Aadhaar Number' field.
  3. 3. Update your Aadhaar number.
  • Our Branches: You can update your Aadhaar number at any of our branches. Do carry a copy of your Aadhaar Card when visiting the branch. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • In case you don’t have online account, you can visit the below link to update Aadhaar details https://www.iciciprulife.com/services/update-your-aadhaar.html
  • Call Centre: You can call at 1860 266 7766 to update Aadhaar details.

You can update your marital status in the policy through any of these options:

  1. 1. Once you login, click on the 'My Profile' tab.
  2. 2. Under the 'My Profile' tab, edit the 'Martial status ' and enter your details .
  • Call us: You can call us on 1860 266 7766 from Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM and we will update your marital status on call after verifying your policy details. NRI customers can call us on +912261930777.
  • Our Branches:  Submit your request  by visiting any of our branches. To locate the nearest branch, click here.
  • Email us: Submit your request by writing to lifeline@iciciprulife.com from your registered email id. Do mention your policy number in the subject line.
  • Courier: Send us a written request mentioning your policy number to : 

    ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd.,

Do mention your policy number in the letter
