Single Online Account
ICICI Prudential policyholders can now link their policies to their ICICI Bank account. This will allow the customer to manage their policies through their Net Banking account. Customers can make a premium payment, check fund value and can perform e-transactions through their online bank account.
Bill Desk
Register on www.billdesk.com to make your renewal premium payments via net banking.
ICICI Prudential policyholders can make his/her renewal premium payment by visiting the Bill Desk site www.billdesk.com & can make payments through Net Banking. Customers need to register themselves at the BillDesk site [Register Now option] for receiving future ICICI Prudential electronic bill presentment and payments.

Unified Payments Interface
UPI* is a system that powers multiple bank accounts into a single mobile application (of any participating bank), merging several banking features, seamless fund routing & merchant payments into one hood. Now customers can opt for Standing Instruction on UPI and effectively set mandates on their policies for premium up to ₹ 2 lakh with minimal journey and one-step authorisation feature. The UPI AutoPay facility can be activated by customers themselves on their UPI application through an e-mandate thereby providing a safe, secure and instant premium mechanism.

Direct Debit
The Direct Debit facility is another automated facility that enables you to set up auto debit instructions on your bank account for a regular debit of your premium amounts.
ICICI Prudential policyholders can pay the premium via Direct Debit facility by submitting the mandate form along with a cancelled Cheque at any ICICI Prudential Branches or handing it over to the advisor.
To avail of this facility, you have to submit the duly filled ECS/Direct Debit or NACH* along with a cancelled Cheque. On receipt of the same, the Direct Debit facility would be activated for your policy.
We offer you a direct debit preference date option wherein you can now choose a preferred direct debit date. Your bank account would be debited on this debit date provided instead of the premium due date.
You can submit this form at any of the ICICI Prudential branch offices, mail it to our communication address or hand it over to your advisor.

ECS is an automated facility that debits your premium from the bank account specified by you, on your premium due date.
ICICI Prudential policyholders can pay the premium via the ECS facility by submitting the mandate form along with a cancelled Cheque at any ICICI Prudential Branches or handing it over to the advisor. For a list of ECS locations please click here.
To avail of this facility, you have to submit the ECS or NACH* along with a cancelled Cheque (which helps us record the MICR code of your bank- see image). Once you submit this form, we can activate the ECS facility for your policy number.
